A Thousand Days

Jeanette and Ron, of Me And Thee Films, started principal photography on A Thousand Days, a film about Saagar who lost his life to suicide. We'd like to share a note from his mum, Sangeeta, with you.

Dear Jeanette and Ron, What started off as a silent desire whispered to the universe took root in reality yesterday. Thank you both for carrying the day with military precision as well as gentle motherly love. I can’t imagine what we would have done without the clear directions, tea and biscuits! For me it was a treat having so many of my favourite people in the same room! It felt as if Saagar had no choice but to be there too. I am sure he had a nice giggle looking at us freezing our butts off. I cannot begin to tell you how much this means to me - not just what we are doing but also how we’re doing it.
